Delhi NCR is often touted as one of the finest regions to live in North India. On the other hand, the accommodation costs and other living expenses in NCR are reasonable at par with other cities, even as, on some fronts, the expenditure is lesser than in Mumbai. Let’s explore the cost of living in Delhi NCR.

Residential properties in Delhi NCR are available at a very wide price range depends on the locality type, we shall split the cost of living into two parts – Housing and Non-Housing.

HOUSING COST

Residential properties in Delhi NCR are available across a broad price range – from Rs. 50 Lacs for a simple apartment to several Crores for super luxury apartments and villas. Here we are not including the residential projects from local builders. We always suggest home buyers only trust reputed real estate developers, because only they can give you excellent construction quality, no false commitment, timely delivery, and high appreciation on investment. At the price of Rs. 65 Lacs approx you can buy a luxury apartment in M3M Gold Rush Gurgaon and at Rs. 2.50 Crores you buy your dream home in Conscient Elevate at sector 59 Gurgaon nearby Golf Course Extension Road. So there is no reason to rely on local builders.
