Tata Value Homes, a subsidiary of Tata housing offering affordable homes in India, has tied up with e-commerce website Snapdeal to sell properties in various developments. These tie-ups are expected to increase in near future and Tata Housing is an opener in 2016.

According to the property experts Tata Housing recent ties up with Amazon is a lifetime opportunity for the home buyers. In this tie up Tata Housing & Amazon India has put up for sale luxury homes from its six development across four cities - namely Prive (Lonavala), Aquila Heights (Bengaluru), Amantra (Kalyan - Mumbai), Eden Court (Kolkata) and Tata Primanti and Raisina Residency (Gurgaon). Clients will get an opening to buy furnishings and home upgrading products on Amazon up to Rs. 27 lakh.

So we find that these types of tie-ups are very beneficial to both builders & buyers, as builders gets heavy traffic of home buyers and buyers gets attractive offers with heavy discounts.
