Experion Developers. - Investment of Rs 175 crore for commercial project
The another spinning step by Experion Developers to develop futuristic commercial space in Gurgaon worth of Rs 175 crore, for which they have tied-up with Milestone Ventures. Furthermore, this project is going to spread over 4 acres of land to build up 4.3 lakh sq ft. Gurgaon-based Experion Developers is already working on two projects loaded with 1,400 apartments plus one township spread over 100 acres of land. Chairman Hemant Tikoo of Experion Developers said,” This agreement with Milestone Ventures will great come in the form of success where each one is going to fetch big out of it”. Also the construction work is in full-swing and expected to be completed by 2018.
For this tie-up, Anubhav Sharma, Chaiman of Milestone Ventures, added “ It’s a pleasure to come together with Experion and form the best commercial space in Gurgaon which probably ahead of its time”. According to the agreement, built up area will be shared by both.
Lastly, Milestone Ventures is a Venture capital firm with the exposure in IT hubs, entertainment centres and real estate.
