Raheja to Bring New Light to Realty Market by Reducing Price to Rs 2500/sqft
To shake the real estate market, Raheja Developer today has taken a step to cut the price range of the project in Sohna, Gurgaon and make it comfortable for the investors/buyers to invest. They have launched housing project in Sohna at a price of Rs 2,500 epr sq ft, which is almost 30-35 per cent lesser than the going rates in the surrounded areas.
Soon the builder going to develop 114 independent floors in this project, part of ‘Aranya City’ Township spread over 200 acres of area in Sohna, South of Gurgaon. Very true, from the last 2-3 years real estate is witnessing a wide drop due to which there no movement in the market and this way, it will bring some positive sign.
“Earlier, the prices were touching the sky because of which it was difficult for the customers to pay and buy. So keeping the situation in mind, we planned to curtail some price,” added by Raheja Developers Chairman Navin Raheja.
Major construction in the project is done by L&T. At present the property rates are Rs 4,000 per sqft. Raheja Developers Gurgaon based firm is developing various projects including commercial and residential projects based on the current needs.
Many reputed builders like Ashiana Housing, Central Park, Eldeco, Gold Souk, CHD Developer, etc. decided to promote Sohna, located at the Southern end of Gurgaon as it is holding many location benefits plus it’s less crowded so projects will draw more and more attention.
