Sobha Developer Completed its Sale of Rs 478.30 Crore in the December Quarter
2015 year was quite happy for the reputed real estate firm Sobha ltd as they sold out more than 8 lakh square feet space consisting of Rs 478.30 in the December quarter majorly in Bengaluru market. At the end of the three quarters, the Sobha Company registered new sales area of 25 lakh square feet for around Rs 1,477 crore.
For the new target the company has set a new space at 40 lakh square feet holding Rs 2,600 crore for the current fiscal. The new sale volume lifted by 22 per cent and value by 12 per cent as compared to the period 2014-2015.
Also there were housing projects in NCR-Gurgaon which were delayed due to some approvals, so as a result no projects were launched in the same year, otherwise, the sale value has been far better and to pick up the progress report of Sobha ltd.
So this achievement has pushed the builder to bring more sterling projects in the country and also fillip the Indian real estate market, despite the fact that real estate market houses of both ups and downs which is yet another hard task to troubleshoot.
