• Prices are subject to revison from time to time at the sole discretion of the Company.
• Two Covered Stack Car Parkings with each Apartment.
• The buyer/ customer has to deduct TDS 1% (wherever property cost is Rs 10 lakhs & above) out of the installment which is to be paid to the company and to pay that TDS amount to the Credit of Central Govt. The credit of the same will be reflected in your account once you submit the proof of payment of "TDS on purchase of property" and issue us the TDS Certificate in Form-16B.
• Stamp duty, Registration Charges shall be payable by the Allottee.
• GST,PLC & IFMS to be paid extra over and above the Unit price.
• CAM charges will be applicable at the time of offer of possession.
• All cheques/ drafts to be made in favour of "ECHO BUILDTECH LTD.-TARC TRIPUNDRA-COLLECTION ACCOUNT" payable at New Delhi.
