Service Tax / any other tax, if applicable, would be payable by the Applicant(s) as per demand.
Government Charges include External Development Charges, Infrastructure Development Charges, Infrastructure Augmentation Charges, any other charges
The rebate for early payment shall be subject to change from time to time and is presently @ 12.5% per annum
