On Offer of Possession	60% of BSP + IFMSD + Increase in EDC / IDC + Escalation in Construction Cost (if any) + Electrification Charges for Cabling and Construction of Sub Station + Stamp Duty &Registration Charges. Other Charges as Applicable.

In case of escalation in construction cost, resulting from increase in cost of construction inputs like steel, cement,labour etc, BSP shall be revised at the sole descretion of the company.
