Another Hit by Sobha ltd to Build-Up Project in Gurgaon at Rs 1,000 Crore
Sobha ltd Bengaluru based Realty Company has passionately heighten the future building and makes it more valuable and sterling for the investors and property buyers. And to progress that they are coming with luxurious housing range in Gurgaon clubbing around 1,700 flats.
This was a tied-up with the Chintels developer so that there is no pause in the work and all of them move towards development where they are able to deliver quality buildings which come with all in one concept and also with strong security system to capture every movement.
This Project in Gurgaon is expected to be launched by the end of the December month. It is going to launched in different phases, added by Sobha ltd Vice Chairman and MD, JC Sharma. Sobha’s humdinger footprints in different cities ensure that they have a strong strength and matchless planning where first time investors can look for a lucrative return in the future.
It’s already developing plush range of villas named as “International City” spread over 150 acres of land near Dwarka Expressway, where existing projects are also playing important role and serving world’s best home space.
This project falls under luxury category and also the cost and launch price of the project is not yet revealed. Despite this sluggish market, the builder is sure about the project because it is holding umpteen new features that at once compel and induce the visitors.
The construction cost comes out as 1,000 crore. Sobha is developing around 40 million sq ft of projects spread over 9 cities whereas, Gurgaon based company Chintels has a land of about 500 acres in the NCR.
