Meydan rents currently sit near 5.5% to 7% gross, with branded stock positioned for the upper end. And the district has real catalysts ahead in Meydan One and improved metro access. On residency, every Maybach home from the one bedroom up, priced at AED 2,303,000 and above (about INR 5.96 Cr), clears the AED 2,000,000 Golden Visa threshold, while the studio still qualifies for the 2-year property-investor visa.
