Completed Imtiaz homes stand in Jumeirah Village Circle, Al Furjan, Jumeirah Garden City and Dubai Islands. Hyde Walk Residence holds 89 studio and 1 bedroom apartments and was finished in December 2025, the month estimated in property records. Imtiaz reported Beach Walk as the first residential project completed on Dubai Islands.

Mizin, the property arm of Tatweer, launched Majan in November 2006 with a master plan designed by Halcrow. Majan was first marketed as the Downtown of Dubailand. Development in Majan moved very slowly after 2010, and the master plan was changed to allow smaller plots. Al Maktoum International Airport is close to a 33 minute drive from Majan in normal traffic.
