Binghatti Aurora is a finished residential development by Binghatti Developers FZE in District 12, Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai. The building is one of the more recognisable structures in JVC. Binghatti's bold, angular facade lines are complemented by walnut wood, bronze brass, nano statuario stone, travertine, and metal mesh surfaces inside. Floor-to-ceiling windows run across all unit types. The building sits on a 7,152 sqm plot  larger than most boutique mid-rise developments in the district  giving residents more outdoor and communal space than a typical JVC tower offers.

The building sits on Al Barsha South Fourth Street inside District 12. Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road are both close. Dubai Marina is 15 minutes.
