Breez by Danube is a single residential tower of 60 storeys, with a built-up area of around 1.5 million sq ft and more than 1,000 homes. It is the tallest residential building in Dubai Maritime City and the developer's fourth project in the district, following Oceanz. Breez carries more than 40 amenities built around resort-style living. The headline features are rooftop infinity pools that open onto the sea, wellness and fitness centres, landscaped jogging tracks, an outdoor cinema, BBQ decks, gardens, and children's play zones (Danube Properties).
