Godrej Properties Covet Flexible Approval Process for Realty Projects
Needless to say, the approach of doing business has uplifted in almost last two years of NDA government, as it is said there is also a room of improvement and likewise, real estate sector needs to perk up so show better result where each one is contented from it.
Still, approval process is bit like a daunting task where it imbibes lot of time and it has hurdles compare to other steps, so this has to be better and better so that there is transparency and comfort in delivering projects on time and this way there is no chance of using dodgy material for which customers usually doubt.
With many leading and trustworthy builders, Godrej Group has giant presence all over including Godrej Properties, and after from this, there occurrence in FMGS, agri-products and consumer durables.
Real Estate permissions and their approvals are bit a weird task which are given by the state government and as a suggestion, Godrej told to PTI that Centre should take some strong step for the same concern, so that the result is better and better, this way Indian Real Estate sector will increase and get that most important stability.
As a whole, it takes almost 18 months to get all approvals done but if lucrative steps are taken this can trim down and make the process bit easier.
The picture is bit clear to government and as a builder we hope that some good steps are taken so that we find contentment in the step taken by them.
The major concern is to bring transparency, ease, perfection and satisfaction in every approval step.
Modi government performance predominantly is exceptional and optimistic by far which intact positive performance in the entire segments and specifically in Real Estate if more fervent steps are taken.
