According to the latest survey by Industry body PHDCCI Gurgaon is considered as the top-notch destination for real estate investment in the NCR (National capital Region). Other than this, in the list of top 10 real estate investment destinations, Ghaziabad is at the 6th position followed by Panipat, Meerut, Sonepat and Rewari.
