The biggest name in real estate industry Godrej Properties is all set to expand its number of projects, so to add new projects they blended into joint ventures with local developers and land owners to come up with three real estate projects in Noida & Bengaluru.

So the Godrej Properties with a tie up with Sai Srushti Group is going to develop a 100 acres land parcel in North Bengaluru, as per the information.

In addition to this, it is also said that this is going to be the first plotted development project dotted with 2.15 million sq ft area.

With another tie up they are going to conceptualize 17 acres of the project which may be further increased up to 24 acres.

 Further builder added they are planning to bring another project on the Noida Expressway.

So this project is with the Ace Group where it is going to be spread in 1.7 million sq ft area.

These projects are going to be the biggest developments in Noida & Bengaluru where these projects are holding its own importance in real estate market and of course, this way real estate market will enjoy some boom.

Of course, robust implementation of RERA & GST is another important step in Indian real estate market to bring transparency and clarity between the builders and investors because if there is no trust among all, there is no invested, added by the builder.

Currently, Godrej Properties is developing residential, commercial and townships in about 150.12 million sq ft in 12 different cities and this is a biggest development in order to push the Indian real estate market.
