In 2013, they commenced the construction work to end it up on the right time.
Latest construction updates in Tata Primanti Gurgaon:
Tower 1: Total 38 floors with complete slab casting work, which pop out nice structure which looks airy and well-ventilated. On the other hand, its interior work is started to cover wood work, Italian flooring, window fittings, etc
Tower 2: All 40 floors are completed to proceed and begin with its interior touch.
Tower 3: total 22 floors and its entire slab casting work has shown the right space for the 3 BHK apartments.
Tower 4: 26 floors structure completed and internal finishing work is started to offers its possession on time.
Whereas, VA (villa small) & VB (villa large) are about to come on its final lead, where internal work, modular kitchen, bathroom fittings, windows & power point, Italian marble flooring, Jacuzzi jet feature in bathroom, private elevator, private swimming pool, etc. all are adding new spur to the villas.
Phase I that includes Tower 1, 2, 3, 4 & villas will offer its possession by 2016.
