The data shows this is a south-of-NICE location, not an inner-belt south Bangalore location. The 2.5 km to the metro and 8 minutes to NICE Road are the two anchors of the commute arithmetic. Both are real and driveable, not theoretical.

Godrej Vanantara Bannerghatta Road Current Status

Bannerghatta Road in 2026 is a corridor in active transition. It is neither a finished product nor an undeveloped stretch. The road from Gottigere to Dairy Circle has been widened to 160 feet, and metro construction barriers near the underground section were removed between Dairy Circle and Lakkasandra in December 2025 after four years of closures. Travel times to the CBD improved almost immediately after that reopening.

The main Bannerghatta Road frontage carries good-quality four-lane traffic in most sections, with the Hulimavu junction being the historically worst choke point. The Pink Line metro elevated section from Kalena Agrahara to Tavarekere is targeting August 15, 2026 after RDSO speed trials were cleared on June 4, 2026.
